Qualifications

• 3+ years designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models.
• 3+ years experience with Generative AI, LLMs, or RAG applications.
• 4+ years hands-on Python for ML and data engineering.
• SQL experience for data manipulation and feature engineering.
• Experience with Apache Spark and big data tooling.
• Databricks and MLflow experience.
• Cloud experience, preferably Azure.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Proactive in staying current with ML trends.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Build Generative AI, LLM, and RAG applications including chatbot capabilities.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines, feature engineering, and large-scale processing with Python/SQL/Spark.
• Implement and support MLOps practices (training, deployment, monitoring, lifecycle management) using MLflow and Azure.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver customer-focused AI/ML solutions.
