Job summary

Jedox INC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and scale AI-powered services within our EPM platform. You will work with product, engineering, and AI experts to bring innovative AI into production, shaping architecture, observability, and cost efficiency.

This senior role requires deep AI/ML expertise, strong Python production skills, and experience with LLMs. You will collaborate across teams, mentor peers, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and innovation,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience with AI/ML.
• Strong Python and production‑grade AI/ML development.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, NLP, forecasting, regression, classification, or related AI domains.
• Proven experience with FastAPI, Flask, or similar WSGI/ASGI frameworks in production environments.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, cloud‑native development, monitoring, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale AI services that create measurable value for customers.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and AI experts to productionize innovative solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, reliable AI/ML services and architectures.
• Drive AI architecture decisions around LLM integrations, observability, and platform scalability.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices.
