Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience in software development.
• 5+ years of professional software development using Python.
• Experience delivering AI/ML/LLM-powered systems to production.
• Experience with AI development lifecycle including data handling, experimentation, evaluation, deployment and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, RAG, and integrating model APIs.
• Design and consumption of RESTful APIs and scalable backend services.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and Docker.
• Version control with Git and CI/CD workflows.
• Strong cross-team communication across engineering, data, and product teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI/ML/LLM-powered systems to production.
• Handle data across the AI development lifecycle including experimentation and monitoring.
• Engineer prompts, implement RAG, and integrate model APIs.
• Design and consume RESTful APIs and build scalable backend services.
• Work with cloud platforms and containerization within CI/CD pipelines.
