Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations within approved budget and contracts.
• Lead site personnel and supervise maintenance teams.
• Ensure safety, quality, schedule adherence and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate with central support groups to minimize downtime.
• Manage Maximo and inventory of spare parts.
