Job summary

ACT Power Services is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee the safe, productive day-to-day onsite operations of a utility-scale solar PV plant. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs to maximize production while prioritizing safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in PV maintenance, knowledge of NEC, electrical testing, and experience with SCADA/DAS/UPS systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of PV maintenance experience, including PV DC operations, AC medium voltage systems, substation operations, and monitoring.
