Job summary

NovaSource Power Services seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead a PV plant site, overseeing maintenance programs and coordinating health and safety, environmental stewardship, and quality control.

You will manage budgets, ensure LGIA/PPA/O&M contract compliance, supervise site personnel, and drive reliability improvements using Maximo, planning work, and coordinating with central support groups. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in maintenance and personnel management in the utility or energy industry
• Experience overseeing operations, maintenance, performance reporting, and outage management
• Technical leadership with strong safety focus

Responsibilities

• Oversee site personnel, supervisors, technicians, and SMEs
• Ensure health, safety, environmental, and quality objectives
• Manage plant budgets and contractual obligations (LGIA, PPA, O&M)
• Coordinate maintenance programs and maximize reliability
• Communicate effectively with management and field teams
• Be available for 24-hour on-call duty
