Peraton is seeking a Director, Pursuit Strategy to be a senior contributor within Growth Strategy & Intelligence. You will transform finished intelligence into win arguments and competitive positioning, guiding pursuit strategy for high-priority opportunities.

This is a strategy role, not a capture-management role, focused on improving bid win probability. You will partner with capture teams on Tier 0/1 pursuits, co-own growth intelligence requirements, and drive continuous improvement of

Qualifications

• 16+ years of federal government contracting experience in capture or pursuit strategy.
• TS security clearance (may be required by portfolio)
• Ability to produce executive-quality strategy artifacts under tight pursuit timelines and present confidently to C-level executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop win arguments and competitive positioning for Tier 0/1 pursuits.
• Deliver gate intelligence packages at least 5 business days before gate reviews.
• Coach capture teams to mitigate pipeline risk with agile capture practices.
• Synthesize debrief findings into actionable strategy lessons and maintain market-competitiveness view.
• Collaborate with CI, Pricing, Talent Acquisition, Procurement and other support teams.
