Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years industry experience for Ph.D. holders; 8 years for Masters; 10 years for Bachelors.
• Experience in purification process development, tech transfer, and regulatory submissions.
• Proven success in developing and optimizing purification processes for mAbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Purification Process Development strategies using DOE and OFAT approaches.
• Act as a purification SME on cross‑functional CMC teams.
• Collaborate with external CDMO partners throughout various stages of development.
• Prepare essential documentation for tech transfers and regulatory submissions.
• Stay current with trends in mAb purification processes.
