Job summary

Specific Systems, a leading HVAC and environmental control systems manufacturer, seeks an experienced Purchasing/Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, vendor relations, and logistics for complex, high-spec production.

The role focuses on leveraging Infor SyteLine (CloudSuite Industrial) to drive planning, scheduling, and control across ERP functions, including BOMs, ECOs, and job-cost tracking in CTO/ETO environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent hands-on industry experience.
• Direct, hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine for MRP, procurement, inventory management, and job-cost tracking is required.
• 5+ years of supply chain or procurement leadership in custom manufacturing or heavy industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement, inventory management, vendor relations and logistics for complex, high-spec industrial HVAC manufacturing.
• Utilize Infor SyteLine for planning, scheduling and inventory control; manage BOMs and ECOs in CTO/ETO environments.
• Develop resilient supplier networks and monitor performance metrics (OTD, quality, cost variances).
• Drive process improvements and inventory turns using SyteLine dashboards and analytics.
