A leading company in innovative technology is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage purchasing processes and supplier relations in their growing global office in Austin, USA. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in procurement, exceptional communication skills, and a strong ability to manage complex financial processes efficiently.

Qualifications
*Graduates of universities in Economics, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Engineering,
*At least 5+ years of experience in procurement and financial processes, preferably in IT procurement experience,
*Proficient in MS Office programs,
*Fluent in English,
*A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills,
*Candidates with strong planning and organizational skills.
Job Description
*Analyze purchasing requests for all group companies and manage the RFP (Request for Approval) processes,
*Ensure that open orders are delivered on time and correctly,
*Prepare, track, and finalize the necessary documentation for purchases,
*Ensure supplier diversity and research prices for each material and service group,
*Prepare periodic reports on procurement details and budgets,
*Enter all activities into the system, ensuring that they are documented according to the company’s quality procedures and processes,
*Develop and manage a supplier portfolio,
*Communicate with suppliers to review costs and contract terms, track contracts, and ensure that purchasing processes are implemented on time as per the recorded procedures,
*Manage license administration, security compliance, and control asset costs,
*Plan standard supplier contracts,
*Ensure the proper management of budget processes for project-based planning.
