Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and personnel in purchasing.
• Lead monthly S&OP reviews with strategic suppliers.
• Balance workloads to cover project needs.
• Standardize practices and cross-train team members.
• Resolve supplier invoice discrepancies promptly.
• Track material shortages and drive mitigation plans.
• Lead root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.
• Maintain purchasing KPIs and ERP master data.
