You will partner with global suppliers and cross-functional leaders to solve complex supply challenges, drive continuous improvement, and manage KPIs while guiding a skilled, cross-functional team through

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; MA/MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience; SAP ERP experience required.
• Ability to develop, coach and lead a team of buyers and team leads.
• Strong written and verbal communication across all levels.
• Experience applying continuous process improvement tools.
• Proficient in MS Office; Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Preferred: APO/SNP & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP).
• Travel up to 10% domestic and/or international.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily purchasing operations and develop a high-performing team.
• Partner with global suppliers and cross-functional leaders.
• Drive supply continuity, mitigate shortages, and improve supplier reliability.
• Manage KPIs such as OTIF, inventory, and PO confirmations.
• Maintain accurate purchasing master data in the ERP system.
• Establish and nurture strong supplier communication and collaboration.
