Job summary

Dexcom is seeking a Sr Manager Planning to lead the Purchasing organization in Mesa, AZ. You will guide a team of buyers, establish procurement strategies, ensure material availability, and sustain supply continuity to support manufacturing and new product introductions.

You will drive supplier performance, risk management, and governance, partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality, and deliver data-driven insights to optimize cost, delivery, and inventory across the global

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience.
• 2-5 years of management or lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing strategies balancing supply, inventory, service levels, and total cost.
• Lead supplier relationship management and governance reviews.
• Collaborate with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality and Global Supply Chain to ensure material availability and operational excellence.
• Provide data-driven analysis and reporting on supplier performance and costs.
