Job summary

Dexcom, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Direct Materials Sourcing to lead the electronics and contract manufacturing sourcing organization.

You will own category strategy, supplier continuity, and lifecycle management across EMS partners and component manufacturers, driving cost productivity and risk mitigation. You will build executive relationships, manage RFIs/RFQs, and align sourcing with Dexcom’s long-range product roadmaps and growth plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 13+ years of industry experience noted in the posting.
• Experience managing EMS/CM relationships and electronics supply chains is expected.
• Strong negotiation, contracting, and executive stakeholder influence skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead electronics sourcing through product transitions and lifecycle events.
• Own executive supplier relationships and commercial strategy across EMS partners and component manufacturers.
• Develop and execute short- and long-term category strategies aligned with roadmaps and demand.
• Build sourcing strategies across the electronics value chain including semiconductors, batteries, PCBA, and raw materials.
