Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–12 years of industry experience.
• 2–5 years of management or lead experience.
• Experience leading purchasing and supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of buyers and procurement professionals.
• Establish and execute purchasing strategies to support business objectives.
• Oversee supplier relationship management and performance reviews.
• Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and Global Supply Chain.
• Manage procurement operations, supplier escalations, risk, and inventory optimization.
• Drive supplier risk assessment and business continuity planning.
• Improve procurement processes, policies, and performance metrics.
• Report findings through data-driven analysis and dashboards.
