With a background in industrial procurement, you’ll oversee complex sourcing decisions, managing relationships with suppliers, and optimizing inventory. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and the ability to navigate technical specifications effectively.

The salary ranges from $120,000 to $190,000 annually based on experience and qualifications, along with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years of progressive experience in industrial procurement.
• Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing or precision-engineered equipment is preferred.
• Ability to interpret technical specifications and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute procurement protocols and vendor onboarding.
• Direct and mentor a team of Buyers, establishing KPIs.
• Manage specialized sourcing for complex OEM parts.
