Job summary

KB Home is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor to lead back-office purchasing, track costs, and manage vendor relations across divisions. You will prepare daily reports, support cross-functional teams, and drive policies to improve efficiency and cost effectiveness.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in purchasing with 2 years of management experience preferred. On-site in the division office with potential for overtime.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or applicable work experience in a related field.
• 4–6 years of Purchasing experience in Real Estate/Homebuilding.
• 2 years of management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all purchasing back-office functions including cost tracking and approvals.
• Prepare daily purchasing reports and data for management.
• Administer vendor relationships and rebate programs.
• Support Studio, Production/Operations, Land and Sales teams.
• Collaborate with National Purchasing and provide feedback.
• Develop purchasing policies and ensure compliance.
