Job summary

You will support junior technicians and mentor staff while following HMS processes, prioritizing safety and efficiency in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of pump maintenance experience required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive/predictive inspections, maintain, diagnose, and repair discharge/suction assemblies of Halliburton pumps (HT-150, HT-400, HT-2000, Grizzly HQ-2000, Bearcat).
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Complete documentation accurately in the pump maintenance process.
• QA/QC and input data in Halliburton's system of record for equipment maintenance.
• Assist in supervising pump maintenance and mentor junior technicians.
• Follow HMS processes during daily tasks.
• Ensure work is performed safely, efficiently and effectively.
• Support others as directed and maintain high attention to detail.
• Understand and manage document control to minimize errors in high‑pressure pumping systems.
