This hands-on role collaborates with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and R&D to boost product consistency, increase throughput, reduce scrap, and scale manufacturing for advanced overhead conductors. You will own and optimize pultrusion parameters, troubleshoot defects, plan trials, use SPC and DOE to improve yield, and develop specs,

Formación

• 5+ years in composite manufacturing with process engineering or production improvement.
• Strong knowledge of fiber-reinforced polymer composites and curing behavior.
• Proven ability to solve manufacturing problems using data and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to lead improvement projects and work with cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize pultrusion process parameters (fiber tension, resin impregnation, cure).
• Troubleshoot defects and process instability; implement corrective actions.
• Plan trials for fibers, resins, sizing, tooling; translate results to production.
• Use SPC and designed experiments to improve yield and throughput.
• Develop process specs, procedures, control plans; train teams.
• Support equipment upgrades and scale-up with safe handling.
