The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with electrical hardware, prototype integration, and failure analysis, and can independently plan tests, analyze results, and drive corrective actions with

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in hardware system testing and integration.
• Experience with HV and power systems testing.
• Ability to plan tests and report results.

Responsibilities

• Lead hardware system integration, bring-up, and validation for high-voltage pulsed power.
• Develop and execute unit-level test plans and verification activities.
• Translate system requirements into design specs and validation reports.
• Provide project management for R&D projects.
• Perform hands-on troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
• Support manufacturing, production, and field service as SME.
• Assist documentation and handoff materials for manufacturing.
