- BS/MS/PhD in electrical engineering, physics, or related field with extensive pulsed power experience.
- Strong lab skills with pulsed power circuits and diagnostics (high voltage, fast pulses).
- Experience setting up lab/manufacturing environments from scratch and validating with data.
Responsibilities
- Own design, simulation, prototyping, and testing of pulsed power systems.
- Collaborate with product management and engineers to define requirements.
- Lead a team through prototyping, benchtop testing, and major field tests.
- Analyze data and validate test results.
