Qualifications

• 5 years of experience managing clinical trials and leading teams.
• Experience coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Strong regulatory, quality, and operational oversight for trials.

Responsibilities

• Oversees organizational and operational activities of Disease-Oriented Teams (DOTs).
• Sets performance standards for DOT managers and teams and evaluates attainment.
• Manages budgets, fees, and revenue for DOT functions and ensures fiscal soundness.
