Responsibilities

• Lead project teams from preconstruction through closeout.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and procurement.
• Oversee subcontractor relationships and project execution.
• Coordinate with school districts, consultants, owners, and agencies.
• Drive project financial performance and schedule adherence.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout activities.
• Ensure DSA and Public Works compliance.
