Job summary

Halff is seeking an experienced Team Leader / Senior Project Manager to join our Panama City Beach office. You will oversee land and site development projects, manage staff, and interact with clients to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate will hold a Florida PE license or be able to obtain within six months, have at least six years in land development design, and demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and business development abilities.

Qualifications

• PE license in Florida (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
• 6+ years in land development design
• Experience with plans production
• Strong PM, administration and staff supervision
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Team-oriented with focus on quality and integrity
