Halff is seeking an intermediate Project Manager in Panama City Beach, FL to lead civil engineering, public works, and land development initiatives. You will coordinate with clients and design teams, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery while guiding project teams.

The role emphasizes staff leadership, collaboration with the Team Leader and Operations Manager, and growth opportunities, including potential ownership as the firm expands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• 4–10 years of experience in civil, public works or transportation project delivery
• Florida PE license or ability to obtain within 6 months preferred
• Ability to lead a project and supervise technical staff
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of civil engineering, transportation planning and/or design projects
• Coordinate with clients and design teams to meet project goals
• Manage personnel, budgets, schedules, subconsultants and client interactions
• Support business development with Team Leader and Operations Manager
