Responsibilities

• Oversees engineering projects including planning, design, and construction for county public works initiatives.
• Manages the plan review process (Evolve) for development and redevelopment approvals.
• Reviews plans, calculations, permits, and coordinates with departments and agencies.
• Mentors civil engineers and technicians; conducts field inspections and project cost estimates.
