Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Document daily site progress with photos and reports.
• Coordinate activities among subcontractors and trades.
• Maintain professional communication with Owners, subs, inspectors, and union reps.
• Lead Toolbox Talks and ensure safety compliance.
• Oversee quality control and enforce company workmanship standards.
