Job summary

Dobco, Inc. is a leading New Jersey general contractor with 35+ years of experience building schools, courthouses, municipal buildings, higher education facilities, military projects, and other large scale public works.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead field operations on projects ranging from $30M to $250M. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day field operations, coordinating subcontractors and site personnel, controlling schedules and site logistics,

Qualifications

• Construction experience, with strong Superintendent experience.
• Experience running at a minimum $20M commercial, institutional, or public works projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, and subcontractor management.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• OSHA certification preferred.
