Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant project management experience.
• 8+ years within California as owner's representative.
• Experience with parking structures and office TI.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, design and delivery of complex capital projects.
• Coordinate with Owner, prepare RFQ documents, and review PCO/CO processes.
• Manage budget, schedule, and risk; prepare monthly reports.
• Collaborate with DBE, contractors, inspectors and AHJs to ensure compliance.
