The ideal candidate will combine sharp analysis with a pragmatic, collaborative approach to policy development and service delivery optimization.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Policy, Political Science, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public sector consulting, policy analysis, or government administration.
• Demonstrated understanding of public sector operations, challenges, and strategic priorities.
• Proven experience in leading projects related to strategy development, organizational reform, or service delivery improvement.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior public officials.
• Experience working within the Eastern Cape province, particularly in or near Queenstown, is essential.
• Commitment to public service and driving positive societal impact.

Responsibilities
