Job summary

JobItUs is seeking an experienced Public Sector Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end Salesforce enterprise architectures across LPI, health and human services, and regulatory programs. You will drive integration, security, data architecture, and DevSecOps practices while partnering with executives and delivery teams to deliver complex digital transformations.

The role requires hands-on PSS implementation experience, OmniStudio and Experience Cloud skills, and a track record of steering

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience with 5+ years as a Solution or Technical Architect.
Hands-on experience implementing Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS).
Domain knowledge in Licensing, Permitting & Inspections (LPI), Grants Management, Benefits Management, Case Management, Regulatory Programs, or Health & Human Services.
Expertise with OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Flow, Platform Events, and Integration Procedures.
Strong API architecture experience including REST, SOAP, OAuth, Named Credentials, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR, and middleware integration.
Experience with enterprise security, SSO, Identity, Platform Encryption, Shield, Event Monitoring, and role-based security.
Experience with large-scale data migration, data governance, and master data management.
Knowledge of DevSecOps, Git, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Copado/Gearset, SFDX, automated testing, and CI/CD.
Experience designing scalable multi-org, multi-environment Salesforce architectures.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification required/preferred; CTA is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce Public Sector Solutions implementations spanning LPI, Grants Management, Benefits Management, and related programs.
Lead architecture for Salesforce PSS, Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, OmniStudio, and Agentforce solutions.
Define enterprise, application, integration, security, and data architectures.
Lead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into scalable enterprise solutions.
Drive adoption of out-of-the-box Salesforce capabilities before custom development.
Design OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, Flows, APEX, LWC, and accelerators.
Architect integrations using REST, SOAP, Platform Events, MuleSoft, HL7/FHIR, ETL platforms, and external systems.
Define DevSecOps strategy, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, release governance, and deployment standards.
Review designs, mentor teams, and establish development standards.
Ensure compliance with FedRAMP, NIST, WCAG, HIPAA, CJIS, and state security standards.
Support RFP responses, solution estimation, executive presentations, roadmap planning.
