Job summary

Public Consulting Group is seeking a governance and program management professional to lead PSCS portfolio delivery across multiple projects. You will develop SOPs, manage proposals, monitor risks, and coordinate SMEs to produce compelling client content.

You will oversee project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring quality and timely delivery while supporting business development and client relationships across a remote US environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7+ years in public safety consulting or related professional services with supervisory responsibility.
• Experience supporting or leading proposal development, project management, and client delivery.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance across PSCS portfolio ensuring consistent delivery approaches, tools, and processes.
• Develop and improve SOPs, templates, and best practices across proposals, delivery, and reporting.
• Monitor portfolio performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Oversee proposal development, content strategy, compliance, and submission timelines.
• Collaborate with SMEs to produce high-quality technical content and differentiators.
• Support business development including pipeline tracking and capture planning.
• Provide hands-on project management across multiple projects, tracking milestones and risks.
• Manage contract lifecycle and invoicing.
• Coordinate internal staff and SMEs across projects and pursuits.
• Own subcontractor bench management and capacity planning.
• Facilitate cross-service-line collaboration for integrated client solutions.
• Engage with stakeholders, onboarding, meetings, and executive communications.
• Contribute to long-term client relationships and expansion opportunities.
• Develop and review client deliverables, ensuring quality and consistency.
• Implement QA processes to maintain high standards across materials.
