Job summary

Arcadis seeks a seasoned Program Manager to lead a major public-sector program in Maryland. You will guide complex project portfolios, align with client objectives, and ensure scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires PMP or equivalent certification and 10+ years in program management, with a strong emphasis on governance and performance reporting. You will work with client leadership, consultants, and contractors to drive risk management, deliverables, and continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Planning, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing large, complex programs or projects.
• Experience with program management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.
• Strong knowledge of project controls, budgeting, scheduling, and performance management.
• Experience developing and managing KPIs and reporting frameworks.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall program leadership and oversight to ensure delivery of program objectives.
• Manage program scope, schedule, budget, risks, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with client leadership, project teams, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Establish governance structures, reporting processes, and program controls.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and performance reporting for informed decision-making.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation planning, and issue resolution.
