Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate Payroll division activities; ensure accuracy in new hires, changes, and deductions.
• Oversee payroll processing, tax withholdings, garnishments, and direct deposits.
• Prepare annual tax statements and ACFR-related reports; liaise with auditors.
• Maintain system integrations between benefits and payroll; test patches and updates.
• Supervise and train payroll staff; ensure confidentiality and reliability.
