Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. This role emphasizes cost control, scheduling, and leadership across multi-disciplinary teams on large construction projects.

The successful candidate will build client relationships, oversee procurement of design professionals, and ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule requirements from design to closeout.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with at least ten years of progressively responsible construction project experience.
• Experience managing A/E (design) consultant services and construction administration.
• Independent decision-making demonstrated in prior roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall project cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance from design through closeout.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor staff while maintaining client relationships.
• Ensure project scope, budget, and schedule adherence and maintain project records.
• Coordinate procurement of design professionals and contractors, including scope, evaluation, and negotiation.
