• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Ten years full-time paid professional experience in Construction/Project Management of Commercial/Public/Educational Facilities.
• Five of ten years coordinating complex projects with construction values over $20M.

Responsibilities

• Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction.
• Review status of work and ensure workmanlike execution per approved drawings and specs.
• Review contractor submittals, payments, cost budgets, and disbursement schedules.
• Prepare project status reports and recommend release of construction funds.
• Comment on construction and disbursement schedules and compliance with code and best practices.
