You will independently plan long- and short-term PR campaigns aligned with business goals, building strong media relationships and delivering data-driven results.

The ideal candidate demonstrates proactive storytelling, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to guide executives through media engagements while mentoring junior staff.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in public/media relations, corporate communications, or related roles.
• Experience in insurance or financial services is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as APR are preferred but not required.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, responsive environment.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the public relations strategy and align efforts with business objectives.
• Proactively secure favorable media coverage and timely opportunities.
• Develop high-quality PR content: press releases, bylines, awards, media kits.
• Support executives with media training, talking points, and presentations.
• Analyze data and industry trends to inform media outreach and reports.
• Maintain relationships with journalists and provide timely, relevant information.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing and Creative teams to integrate PR across channels.
• Assist with crisis communications and reputation management under leadership.
• Track and report PR performance to measure results.
• Mentor junior staff or manage external PR agency relationships.
