CHG Healthcare is hiring a Senior Manager, Public Relations, to elevate how the CHG family of brands shows up in the media. You will draft, pitch, and run media outreach while shaping strategy and advising senior leaders on reputation and messaging.

This hands-on role leads media relations across brands, manages the PR agency partner, and collaborates with senior stakeholders to drive measurable outcomes and coverage.

Formación

• 8+ years progressive experience in public relations or corporate communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field.
• Experience managing an external agency and direct media relations.
• Experience supporting executive thought leadership and awards programs.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the media relations strategy across brands and cultivate national and healthcare outlets.
• Build and execute integrated PR plans aligned to business goals and marketing strategy.
• Write and edit press releases, media statements, talking points, and executive messaging.
• Partner with content and social teams to amplify coverage.
• Manage the PR agency relationship, scope, and budget.
• Own and maintain an editorial calendar across brands.
• Lead cross-functional response to issues with legal, HR, and executives; update crisis playbook.
• Track coverage, share of voice, reach, and message pull-through; present insights to senior stakeholders.
• Support executives and experts via bylines, speaking opportunities, and awards.
