• Two years of progressively responsible administrative and budgeting experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitors approved operating and capital budgets and analyzes information to prepare reports and recommendations.
• Conducts studies and coordinates among departments/agencies to resolve budget issues.
• Provides guidance to department heads and managers on budgetary actions and their fiscal impact.
• Reviews and analyzes computer reports; creates data bases and spreadsheets to analyze budgets and reorganizations.
