Job summary

Responsibilities

• Monitors assigned operating and capital budgets by identifying issues and performing analyses and provides guidance to department heads.
• Conducts studies requiring coordination among multiple departments and stakeholders.
• Meets with officials to discuss proposals, consider alternatives, and resolve problems.
• Analyzes operations and staffing patterns to improve service delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Reviews and analyzes computer reports; creates databases and spreadsheets for budgets and analyses.
