Job summary

Integral Global in Atlanta, US is seeking a Senior Public Health Analyst (Sr. PHA) to provide project management oversight and strategic leadership across global public health initiatives. This role requires strong leadership, donor engagement, and collaboration with partners, government agencies, and field offices.

You will manage work plans and budgets, mentor analysts, support business development, ensure donor compliance, and help deliver timely, high-impact public health programs in LMICs.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Public Health (MPH) or related field.
• 4+ years of experience developing, implementing, and evaluating public health programs in LMICs.
• In-country project management and implementation experience.
• Experience managing work plans and budgets.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project work plans, implementation schedules, and timelines.
• Monitor progress and reporting using project management tools.
• Coordinate with donors, government counterparts, and partners for effective delivery.
• Provide day-to-day technical and operational guidance to field offices.
• Assist budgeting, planning, and financial oversight activities.
• Support field teams in problem solving and resource allocation.
