Job summary

Integral Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Public Health Analyst II to join our Atlanta team. You will manage public health projects, support design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, and engage with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

The role offers opportunities to work on domestic and international initiatives, develop budgets and donor reports, and contribute to strategic partnerships while advancing global health outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Global Health, Health Policy, Biostatistics, or related field.
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in public health program work.
  • Experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and client deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing technical reports and donor documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and independently manage public health projects from planning to implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, milestones, and metrics.
  • Coordinate with clients, partners, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Prepare technical reports, donor deliverables, presentations, and project documents.
  • Develop budgets, monitor expenditures, and prepare financial forecasts.
  • Ensure donor compliance and organizational standards are maintained.
  • Contribute to proposal development with technical approaches and staffing plans.
  • Identify funding opportunities and support business development.
  • Provide technical leadership across program implementation and M&E activities.
  • Support domestic and international public health initiatives.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as required.

Integral Global Consulting is seeking an experienced Public Health Analyst II (PHA II) to join our growing team in Atlanta.

This role is ideal for a motivated public health professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and enjoys managing impactful domestic and international public health initiatives.

As a Public Health Analyst II, you will independently manage public health projects while supporting program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation, proposal development, financial management, and client engagement. You’ll work alongside multidisciplinary teams and contribute to meaningful projects that strengthen public health systems around the world.

What You’ll Do
  • Independently manage assigned public health projects from planning through implementation.
  • Develop and maintain project work plans, schedules, milestones, and performance tracking.
  • Coordinate with clients, partners, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Prepare technical reports, donor deliverables, presentations, and project documentation.
  • Develop project budgets, monitor expenditures, track burn rates, and prepare financial forecasts.
  • Ensure projects remain compliant with donor requirements and organizational standards.
  • Support proposal development by contributing technical approaches, staffing plans, work plans, and budget narratives.
  • Identify funding opportunities and assist with business development and strategic partnerships.
  • Provide technical leadership for program implementation, capacity building, monitoring and evaluation, and quality improvement activities.
  • Support domestic and international public health initiatives.
  • Travel domestically and internationally as project needs require.

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience supporting or managing public health programs.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and client deliverables.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Experience developing technical reports and donor documentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting U.S. Government-funded public health programs, including CDC, USAID, NIH, or similar agencies.
  • Experience with proposal development and technical writing.
  • International public health implementation experience.
  • Knowledge of grants, cooperative agreements, and donor compliance requirements.
