State of Washington's Economic Services Administration, Community Service Division, seeks a PBS4 - CPSS to join the Rainier Community Service Office in Seattle, WA. You will assess eligibility for cash, food, and medical programs, develop tailored case plans, and coordinate with healthcare, housing, employment, and other partners to connect clients with the right services at the right time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required with 12 months of PBS3 experience or equivalent.
• Deep knowledge of Washington public assistance programs and eligibility processes.
• Ability to apply policy using WAC, RCW, and internal manuals.

Responsabilités

• Conduct detailed interviews to assess eligibility for public assistance programs.
• Facilitate program orientations and explain benefit pathways clearly.
• Design and update personalized case plans to support employment goals.
• Refer clients to services such as housing, mental health, and job training.
• Coordinate with external agencies to align support plans.
• Review complex documents to determine program fit.
• Authorize and track supportive services like transportation and childcare.
• Maintain accurate case notes in multiple systems (ACES, Barcode, eJAS, HPF).
• Respond to case audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Participate in outreach, home visits, and client advocacy.
