The role focuses on developing forward-looking communications, guiding crisis communications, and coordinating with the Mayor's Office of Communications and other agencies to ensure clear, accessible public information during health

Qualifications

• Specialized experience in communications, typically in or related to the work of the position.
• Experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade in the normal line of progression.
