Job summary

PTC seeks a Distinguished Product Manager to lead the Windchill Service Information and Arbortext portfolio, driving the AI-powered evolution of service content and publications offerings. You will partner with R&D, UX, and field teams to define strategy and deliver value across the product lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong customer focus, enterprise software experience, and deep domain knowledge in Service Engineering and Technical Publications, with a global scope and aerospace,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Technical Communication, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, Engineering, Solution Architecture, or related disciplines.
• Proven success delivering enterprise software products from concept through market adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both highly technical teams and executive stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Service Engineering and Technical Publications domains.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Service Information and Arbortext solutions.
• Engage with customers, partners, analysts, and field teams to translate needs into roadmaps.
• Translate business requirements into epics, user stories, and backlog.
• Collaborate with R&D and UX to design AI-powered value driven solutions.
• Drive Agile planning, backlog management, prioritization, and story acceptance.
• Support product launches, Sales enablement, and Go-to-Market activities.
• Collaborate across Product Management, R&D, Sales, Support and Partners.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and opportunities to leverage AI and automation.
