Vistra Communications, a SDVOSB headquartered in Tampa, FL, seeks a senior PSYOP Planner to advise on psychological effects of military actions and to coordinate influence operations for SOCCENT HQs. You will develop CONOPs, assess influence strategies, and integrate PSYOP with other information forces.

Requirements include active TS/SCI clearance, PME Level II or higher, and 5+ years of strategic/operational planning. U.S. citizenship is required for this federal contract.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret with SCI clearance required.
• MA/MS in specified disciplines or equivalent.
• Joint PME Level II or higher, or service equivalent.

Responsabilités

• Plan military operations that influence attitudes and behaviors of target audiences.
• Determine best means to deliver messages within AO.
• Assess influence efforts via MOP/MOE and open-source research.
• Integrate PSYOP with Information Forces to synchronize effects.
• Develop CONOPs, series, and plans to achieve influence objectives.
• Coordinate planning across units and services; participate in VTCs and strategic planning.
• Provide written and oral inputs for SOCCENT Influence Operations objectives and planning documents.

Formation

MA/MS in one of these Disciplines: Social Sciences, Public Policy, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, or Systems Analysis

Joint Professional Military Education Level II or Service Equivalent; Advanced Military Education Levels (SAMS, JAWS; War Colleges)
