Job summary

RMGS, Inc. in Tampa, FL is seeking a J39 Psychological Ops Planner (Senior) to lead strategic PSYOP planning within the U.S. government framework. This role is contingent upon contract award and based at MacDill AFB, Florida.

The successful candidate will advise commanders, develop CONOPs, and coordinate with interagency partners to shape perceptions and influence outcomes while ensuring compliance with applicable policies and security requirements.

Qualifications

• MA/MS in Social Sciences, Public Policy, Applied Statistics, Operations Research, or Systems Analysis.
• JPME II or service equivalent (SAMS/JAWS/War College).
• 5+ years of strategic and operational planning and analysis.
• 3+ years in CENTCOM AOR, MISO, MILDEC, CWMD, or related fields.
• 10+ years of SOF operational experience and/or education.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior PSYOP planner.
• Advise the commander and staff on the psychological effects of military actions.
• Plan operations to influence target audiences and populations.
• Determine best means to deliver messages in the AO.
• Assess influence efforts using MOP and MOE.
• Integrate PSYOP with other Information Forces.
• Develop CONOPs and series to achieve influence effects.
• Coordinate with USSOCOM, USCENTCOM, DoD and IA partners.
