Job summary

ETS is seeking a Psychometrician to plan and coordinate statistical work for score reporting and data interpretation across multiple testing programs. You will develop score interpretation materials, conduct complex research, and guide junior staff while leading relevant aspects of test creation and psychometric analyses.

The role requires a Doctoral degree in Education Measurement or related field, plus at least 3 years of professional experience and the ability to obtain a government security

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Education Measurement, Quantitative Psychology, Statistics or a closely related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in educational measurement, quantitative psychology, engineering or (applied) statistics or teaching.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct statistical work for score reporting and data interpretation.
• Develop score interpretation materials and testing program publications; conduct complex research.
• Provide guidance to junior staff and lead aspects of test creation and psychometric analyses.
• Design, develop, and document technical procedures and statistical guidelines.
• Prepare statistical reports for testing programs and ensure accuracy.
