Job summary

Clarity Clinic is seeking a licensed psychologist (PsyD or PhD) in Illinois to join our interdisciplinary private practice in Arlington Heights. The role emphasizes supervision of trainees and developing emerging clinicians within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD or PhD) in Illinois.
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising trainees (externs, interns, postdoctoral fellows, and/or master’s-level clinicians).
• Postdoctoral fellowship in psychological assessment for testing or hybrid tracks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry a supervisory caseload equivalent to 4 FTE.
• Provide weekly individual supervision and maintain required documentation.
• Participate in monthly supervision consultation with Sr. Clinical Director.
