Job summary

Maximus is seeking a senior psychology leader to provide expert consultation, design and evaluate psychology-based programs, and guide organizational assessments. You will influence strategic decisions with evidence-based recommendations and lead complex client engagements across cross-functional teams in Tampa.

The role requires a PhD/Master’s in Psychology with extensive experience, strong data analysis skills, and a proven track record of mentorship and thought leadership within large-scale

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of related experience required; Master's in Psychology with 8+ years or PhD with 6+ years of related experience.

• Provide expert psychological consultation and guidance to clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Compensation ranges may differ based on contract value but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
